Whole Foods Market presents Fast and Easy Vegetarian Cooking

Join us at the Whole Foods in University Heights on Tuesday, February 21 at 6:00pm to learn about  heart healthy meals for WISE working women!  Come and enjoy several vegetarian dishes. Learn how to prepare them and leave with at least three great recipes. We’ll show you some new ingredients that infuse flavor without fat and show you how going meatless is easy and delicious!  There will be a chef and healthy eating specialist leading the demonstration.

Cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.  Please RSVP ASAP as there are only 25 spots available!  ALL participants must  prepay when they register via PayPal below or by contacting Dana at dlkonschak@gmail to prepay via check.
