Mentor Program

The WISE Mentorship Program is designed to link up WISE members for the purpose of fostering personal and professional growth. A successful process provides mentors and mentees with specifics on what to do, what to talk about, and how to take action. WISE is committed to giving you the tools needed to make mentoring a successful journey. We review roles and responsibilities for mentors and mentees, tips, and ways to make the partnership successful for all.

The WISE Cleveland chapter has 9 mentoring pairs this season. We kicked off the program on October 26 at a Lake Erie Monsters hockey game.
